This upcoming football season we will be utilizing the full potential of the alumni association to do what we do best; watch UT football.  If any of you were fortunate enough to attend last year’s Florida game tailgate (not game) you experienced an massive event. More than 200 people were
in attendance enjoying the live music and steaming football on two 42″ LCDs, and the food was pretty good too.  This year we are planning to keep up this new alumni tradition by having  two large tailgates with live music and all the fixins.  It’s hard to coordinate between kids, work and everything else or we would have a large tailgate every game.  With that being said we will announce the tailgate schedule in upcoming weeks as to give  everyone time to make travel plans.  We look forward to seeing you!

Curious where your Alumni dues are going?  In the months of March and April, the ETAA will donate funds to help the active brother’s upkeep the house.  During the summer, we are planning a weekend to update the house. This will be a weekend of fellowship while ensuring we maintain our very large investment.  We all know how important fall rush is, so we have an opportunity to put our alumni dues in action to help our chapter grow.  We are looking into purchasing food for rush parties along with sponsoring a band.  Almost as important as fall rush is the reason we all attended UT, football.  Located across the street from our house we will host several Alumni Tailgates.  All of these events are designed to build the bond between active brothers and alumni, not to mention have a little fun.
